photography contract agreement

this agreement is between greer inez ("photographer" + any of her team) + the person booking services through this checkout (“client”). by completing this purchase, client agrees to the following terms:

1. scope of work

photographer will provide photography services for the session outlined in this offer. the number of edited images included is based on the package selected. all photography is styled, directed, and delivered in the photographer’s signature artistic style.

2. payment

a non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your session — typically $200 or $500 depending on your package. this deposit is applied to your total session cost.

the remaining balance is due on the day of the shoot. no final files will be delivered until full payment has been received.

additional edited images may be purchased for $50 per image.

3. image selection + delivery

client will receive a proofing gallery within 7 days of the shoot and will choose final images for editing.

edited images will be delivered within 3 weeks of final selection. expedited turnaround may be available at an additional cost.

4. usage rights

photographer retains full copyright of all images. client receives a non-exclusive license to use final edited images for personal, business, and promotional use (social media, web, print, marketing).

images may not be altered, filtered, sold, or used in paid advertising without written permission. photographer may use images for her portfolio, website, and social channels unless requested otherwise in writing.

5. rescheduling + cancellations

sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice, and must be rescheduled within 60 days.

no-shows or cancellations forfeit the deposit. photographer will always do her best to reschedule if the original date no longer works.

6. model release

by booking, client grants permission for photographer to use their likeness in promotional materials, including portfolio, website, and social media, unless otherwise stated in writing before the session.

7. liability

photographer is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the session.

if photographer is unable to perform due to illness, emergency, or force majeure, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.

8. artistic integrity + editing

final images are delivered in the photographer’s unique, editorial style. skin retouching + light adjustments are included. additional or advanced retouching may be quoted separately. raw files are not delivered under any circumstance.

9. file storage

edited files will be available for download for 30 days after delivery. client is responsible for downloading and backing up images. photographer is not liable for storing images beyond this timeframe.

10. agreement

by completing this purchase, client confirms they’ve read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this contract.
